Wijiti can assist you with data migration from legacy systems, the restructuring of your existing information and ongoing management of your content.

End-User Support and Training

We currently provide our UK customers with both on-site and remote training and end-user software support via phone and Skype.

Long-term and on-going support such as project management consultancy may be subject to discounts. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

On-site training and support may incur additional travelling costs.

Support Plans

Wijiti can provide your organisation's technology with 24x7 support and maintenance through our support tickets.

Support plans provide the following benefits;

Free 24/7 server monitoring
Priority response time to any issues raised
Server auditing and best practice suggestions
Patching and minor updates

Minimum contract length is one month, so if you would like to try us before extending your support plan, you can.

12 month support plans which are paid in full prior to the commencement of the support contract are subject to a 5% discount.

Pricing

Wijiti does not implement complex pricing plans. Instead we have one low price of £62.55 per hour.
